Subject: Odnos sa klijentima

Telekom Srbija je jedini operater fiksne telefonije u Srbiji. U poslednje vreme se znatno popravio odnos službenika i radnika Telekom-a sa svojim korisnicima, pogotovo preko Telekom Centara i Kontakt Centra 9813. Nema šta, sve pohvale!

Subject: Dostupnost informacija

Interesuje me kako je moguće dobiti listing poziva za br. koji se vodi na firmu. Pošto račune ne dobijamo na adresu na kojoj se nalazi telefon , nego na adresu predstavništva firme, a pri tome nam stalno naplaćuju telefon otprilike.
